Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any of our products for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, BUDDLEY’S must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
Please remember to contact us before sending back an item so we can support you with the correct process to follow give us a woof!
Box Returns
Unopened boxes can be returned to us for a full refund.
For opened boxes, we'll refund you for the bags returned inside, but not the whole box. Sorry, we can't accept returns on open bags!
How to Return
Please send your items back to us in a secure box.
Unfortunately, we can't accept damaged items for a refund. Return shipping costs are unfortunately at your expense.
- Don't forget to include a returns note inside the parcel so we know why you're returning it.
- We recommend sending your parcel via Royal Mail and getting a free proof of postage from the Post Office. This helps us process your refund faster and ensures your item isn't lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, we'll drop you an email about your refund within 5 working days.
Please note, a £5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refused Deliveries
If you reject your order at the door or fail to collect it from the pickup point, we'll refund you once the parcel returns to us and passes inspection.
A £5 shipment and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
Incorrect Order Received
Oops, mistakes happen! If you receive an incorrect order, we're terribly sorry for the error and will fix it pronto. Just give us a woof!
We'll provide you with a free shipment label to return the incorrect items to us. Once we receive the wrong items, we'll send out the correct ones via 1st class mail.
