What's the Deal with Delivery Costs?

The pawsitive news is that all deliveries to the UK are FREE! That's right – no hidden fees, just pure happiness delivered straight to your doorstep.

How Long until Delivery Arrives?

We aim to get your order to you within 3 - 5 working days after we receive it. Fast, efficient, and tail-waggingly quick!

Who's Bringing the Goodies?

Your BUDDLEY’S treats will be delivered by our trusty pals over at Royal Mail. Once your package is in their paws, you can expect it to arrive within 2 - 3 days. (Please note: Sometimes, shipping may take up to 5 working days.)

The Nitty-Gritty of the Process

- Orders received before 12pm Monday - Friday: Packaged and whisked away by Royal Mail the same day.

- Orders received after 12pm Monday - Thursday: Packaged and sent off the next working day.

- Orders received after 12pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Wrapped up and dispatched on Mondays (excluding bank holidays).

Any Exceptions to the Rule?

If you place your order on a bank holiday, don't fret! We'll get it all packed up and handed over to Royal Mail on the next working day.

Refused Deliveries

Didn't catch the delivery or changed your mind? No worries! If you reject your order at the door or miss the pickup, we'll sort it out. Once the parcel returns to us and we've checked it over, we'll issue a refund. Just bear in mind, there'll be a £5 shipment and handling fee deducted from your refund to cover the return.
